# Bundled runtime sources EmulatorJS frontend **4.2.3**, GPL-3.0-or-later. Upstream JavaScript and CSS are unmodified. - Source: - Runtime: - Style: - Decompressor: - License: [vendor/LICENSE.EmulatorJS](vendor/LICENSE.EmulatorJS) Genesis Plus GX core, legacy WebAssembly build from **@kreijstal/emulatorjs 4.2.3-build.1**. The archive includes its build metadata, original license text, JavaScript and WASM. `runtime-data.js` base64-encodes the unmodified replacement archive and a source-built 7z extraction helper. - Publisher's build package: - Source snapshots, build scripts and patches: - Core source revision: - Original source: - Exact archive license: [vendor/LICENSE.Core-Archive](vendor/LICENSE.Core-Archive), extracted from the bundled archive's `license.txt`. - Current upstream license and component notices: [vendor/LICENSE.Genesis-Plus-GX](vendor/LICENSE.Genesis-Plus-GX). The runtime manifest records exact byte sizes and SHA-256 hashes. Genesis Plus GX's license restricts commercial use; review its included license for the terms. The site retains the 4.2.3 frontend, while the replacement core is a separately documented build. No third-party commercial games, console BIOS images or copyrighted cartridge artwork are bundled. Pyro is the user's homebrew cartridge. The room background was generated for this project with imagegen; see [the saved prompt](assets/artwork-prompt.txt). ## Sound Workshop chip audition The workshop uses the YM2612 (ymfm) and Sega PSG WebAssembly cores and low-level wrappers from **tetorica-fm2612 0.2.28**, BSD-3-Clause. Only these two cores are included; it does not load the package's other chips, sample data, or browser application. - Published source/package: - Upstream source: , - Included license: [vendor/sound-chips/LICENSE](vendor/sound-chips/LICENSE). - Original loader, wrapper and WASM bytes plus their hashes: [vendor/sound-chips/manifest.json](vendor/sound-chips/manifest.json). `tools/package-sound-chips.mjs` packages the cores, model, renderer and worker into `vendor/sound-chip-worker.js` for offline file-mode use. The ESM loader/wrapper syntax is adapted into a worker bundle; the native WASM bytes are unchanged. The loader receives embedded WASM bytes, so its placeholder base URL is never fetched. The npm archive's pinned SHA-512 integrity is verified before packaging. To regenerate, extract that package into `genesis-room/build/sound-chip/package/` with the original `package.tgz` beside it, then run `node genesis-room/tools/package-sound-chips.mjs`. The audition's register schedule and chip mix are local project code in `sound-renderer.js`. PSG gain is calibrated to the player's Genesis Plus GX defaults (2800-step output, 150% preamp); monitoring gain is separate. This is chip emulation rather than an oscillator approximation, but it does not claim sample-identical output across console models and emulator filtering settings.
